Refund and Returns Policy

At Menfolk BD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns :
You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that the items are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. The return is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items :
Certain items are non-returnable like gift cards, sale or clearance items or items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return :
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

* Contact our customer service team at +880 1859-784424 to request a return authorization.

* Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

* Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping :
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure they arrive safely.

5. Refunds :
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges :
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items :
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
